The Wellness Studio, located in the charming downtown Victoria, was a dream of Dr. Sybil's for years. Dr. Sybil was first introduced to the healing power of acupuncture while she was in high school. Throughout her adolescent and teenage years, she found herself dealing with chronic anxiety and OCD. Doctors were quick to suggest medications, but even at a young age she found herself searching for alternative treatment methods. Dr. Sybil had her first acupuncture treatment when she was 16 years old.

After graduating high school, Dr. Sybil studied Psychology at Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) and in 2016 began her studies in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Northwestern Health Sciences University. During her time at NWHSU, Dr. Sybil completed twelve (yes,12) internships and nearly 900 clinical hours. Dr. Sybil's favorite internship allowed her to spend two semesters at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital where she focused on pediatric patient care for pain and nausea management, as well as mental and emotional care for the parents and staff. Dr. Sybil also had the opportunity to study in Henan, China during the Spring of 2019.

Dr. Sybil graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a double Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in the fall of 2019. In the spring of 2020, she completed her National board exams to become a diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Dr. Sybil received her Acupuncture license through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice the summer of 2020.​

Most recently, in December of 2024, Dr. Sybil graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcCHM) from Pacific College of Health and Sciences.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Sybil is a wife to her HS sweetheart (Jared), a mama to Evelyn (3 yrs), Margaux (2 yrs), and Baby Boy (due June '26), a dog mom, a coffee enthusiastic and an avid plant lover.
