Practicing since 2017, Stephanie is a highly skilled certified massage therapist with advanced training in CranioSacral Therapy and the SMART (Scar Tissue Management and Release Technique) method. With years of hands-on experience, she blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the body’s natural healing ability to help clients find real, lasting relief.

When she’s not at The Wellness Studio, Stephanie works directly with the Minnesota Gophers and has provided bodywork to NFL athletes—bringing elite-level care and performance insight into every session.
